All Skin Tones need SPF

Even if you rarely burn, your skin is the largest organ of your body and you can protect it from premature aging and UV damage - use sunscreen

You get plenty of Vitamin D

Wearing sunscreen everyday will not necessarily cause you to become Vitamin D deficient. Your body creates Vitamin D when it is exposed to UV rays. Some Vitamin D researchers estimate 5 to 30 minutes of sun exposure (as there are many different skin tones, time required varies) – between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. – either daily or at least twice a week to the face, arms, hands, and legs without heavy sunscreen, usually leads to sufficient vitamin D synthesis

SPF is the strength of UVB protection

An SPF 50 protects from 98% UVB rays, make sure it has Avobenzone, Titanium or Zinc for UVA coverage. No matter the number, and depending on Skin tone or Activity, you are recommended to reapply every 2 hours

Even in Winter

Yes! UVA rays are present with relatively equal intensity during all daylight hours throughout the year. Even if you are not going outside frequently, UVA rays can penetrate clouds and even glass

Through the glass

UV rays still penetrate the glass in your office and your car
